Currently, I am seeing couples only by video and individuals either by video or phone. My secure platform is simple to use (just click on a link to access our meeting) and allows us to meet while in separate places. You are welcome to email me with any questions about the process!

As of 8/1/2022, my rates are as follows:

INTAKE SESSIONS (first session):
$295  – 75 min initial couples intake session (includes follow up notes & treatment plan)
$195 – 60 min initial individual intake session

ONGOING SESSIONS:
$240 –  60 minute couples session
$180 – 50 minute individual session

I am happy to provide a receipt as an out of network mental health services provider. Reimbursements come directly to you from your insurance plan once your deductible has been met. You are responsible for upfront payment of my fee.

Typically, clients meet with me every other week until we’ve established a good rhythm and relationship — then we might space our sessions out further. My intention, and therapy style, is to move quickly to the heart of things – and help you make the changes you want. I also welcome clients back for tune-ups and check-ins.
